Sejong Passport Case
The Sejong Passport Case is a Korean heritage passport cover by HANEOL. The five-clawed dragon (ojoryong) from King Sejong’s royal robe is foil-stamped on the front, on Saffiano faux leather with six pockets inside. It raised ₩560 million over four Wadiz campaigns, is used by more than 10,000 travelers, and has been stocked at Incheon International Airport, Lotte and Shinsegae department stores. It comes in Red, Blue, Green, White and Black Edition, with a matching name tag.

The Story
“Korean design can be beautiful too — so why do we reach for foreign-designed passport cases?” That question is where the Sejong Passport Case began.
The five-clawed dragon from King Sejong’s royal robe is foil-stamped on the front, its proportions refined to feel like a real passport.
The five-clawed dragon of King Sejong’s robe
The robes of Joseon kings carried round badges embroidered with a five-clawed dragon, the ojoryong. The Sejong Passport Case carries that dragon in foil on its front. For the encore edition we rebalanced the emblem’s proportions so the case feels like handing over a real Korean passport.
Five colors, including the Black Edition
The four core colors — Red, Blue, Green and White — were retuned for a calmer, richer finish. The Black Edition, requested by 71.2% of supporters in our color survey, swaps gold foil for copper foil on Saffiano for a more understated look.
Six pockets for everything you travel with
Inside are six pockets: a passport sleeve, a boarding-pass pocket, a hotel key-card slot and three card slots — so your boarding pass and cards travel with your passport. The authenticity logo is heat-stamped inside.
A matching name tag
A matching name tag (6.5 × 11 cm) comes with the case. Clip it to your suitcase and spot your bag at the carousel at a glance.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the gold foil real gold?
No. The front and back foil is faux gold foil, not real gold. The Black Edition uses copper foil instead.
How is the Black Edition different?
The dragon is stamped in copper foil rather than gold on black Saffiano, for a quieter, more refined look. Size and pockets are the same.
Is it a good gift for someone outside Korea?
Yes. The royal Joseon dragon makes it a popular way to share a piece of Korea. It comes gift-boxed with a quality certificate.

How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. We currently deliver within South Korea; shipping is ₩3,000, free over ₩50,000.
Can I return or exchange it?
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns the customer covers round-trip shipping; defective or wrong items are on us.
